Personal
Dr. Obregon was born and raised in Guatemala. She has lived in Guatemala, California, Iowa, and Oklahoma, but she calls Arkansas home alongside her husband, son, and extended family. She is ever grateful to the Little Rock Friends of the Animal Village for hosting the 'Cats Night Out' adoption events where she met her Misha & Gustavo.
