Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

- Provide evidence-based therapy and crisis intervention.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

- Maintain accurate documentation.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining ethical standards in practice.

- Ability to build rapport with clients and create a safe therapeutic environment.

 

Qualifications:

- Valid and active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Clinical Psychologist (PhD).

- Experience in mental health.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Faith integration therapy is preferred, aligning with our clinic's values.

- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
